Carl Leefe began his career at Kerbey Lane Cafe on Sep 18, 1984 as a weekend dishwasher.  Carl soon found himself cooking in the kitchen, moving up to Kitchen Manager and is now VP of Food & Facilities.  Carl quickly became recognized for his creative and flavorful kitchen concoctions.  Kerbey Lane is celebrating Carl’s 35th year at Kerbey Lane by enjoying some of his favorite recipes through the years at their original menu debut price!  Check out Carl’s 35th Anniversary Menu which will only be available Sep 16 through 22.
