ConOlio’s March Classes are live! Chef Fer of Paella’s Tapas & More is bringing back her delicious Tapas class on March 24th. This class will include the following tapas:
Pulpo a la Gallega/Octopus Galician Style
Pa amb tomaquet / Tomato bread with Iberico ham
Gambas al ajillo / Garlic shrimp
Pinxto de Manchego con Cebolla Caramelizada/ Manchego Cheese with Caramelized Onion
Championes al Ajillo/Garlic mushrooms in wine sauce
Ensalada de tomate/Fresh tomato salad  with bread
Virgin Sangria
Dessert

And the next Paella class is on March 31st with Chef Fer at the Arboretum location.
