Now in the shop is one of Antonelli’s favorite bites of 2020, the Salted Cantaloupe Jam from Round Rock Jelly Co. Maker Sheri Valencia started in 2019, adding fun twists to favorite family recipes. This jelly is a sweet and salty mix of fresh cantaloupe, sea salt, and a touch of vanilla. Enjoy with some cured meat, like an Antonelli’s prosciutto, jamon, or cured ham with a side of CKC Baby Blue or Gorgonzola Dolce, a creamy (young) blue cheese. Both are mild mannered blues that lightly compliment the salt in the jam while letting the fruit come forward. Yum!!
