During the last 4 months Vintage IT  has made some adjustments to how they manage their Service Desk and prioritize tickets. As a result of those changes and with staff working from their homes, there’s been a reduction in backlog tickets,  in the time for a tech to be working on the ticket, and in the time to resolve tickets.
